Norway in particular has been sending billions in weapons. I think they’d rather have their agricultural investments earning cash than spending on weapons. If they have any sense anyway.
As for the resting the Europeans, if Blackrock which they depend on to underwrite their sovereign debt, wants a grain ceasefire to benefit it’s investments in Ukraine, I think it’s the same story.

They've refused to agree to the Russian demands, so it's dead, literally in the water, and Trump's camp will have known full well that's what would happen.
Trump's set the Europeans/Brits a trap and they've bitten the cheese in about five seconds.

Odd that U.S. came up with new leaders when they want them but do not in Ukraine now when they supposedly want peace. This seems just a game to prolong the war.
