Beebe is very diplomatic and clearly is not going to say anything that could be seen as disloyal to the US, but nevertheless his analysis of the situation we have arrived at and a potential “safe” way forward is incisive.

Is it not striking that one of the bright red lines in Russia’s new nuclear doctrine is an attack on its strategic forces; and here we have an apparently long-planned and well-executed attack (which it is very hard to believe did not involve CIA or MI6) on those very forces.

It is as if the intent was to humiliate Russia and force it to respond with nuclear weapons or yet again have its restraint spun in the West as unserious, empty threats, encouraging NATO to push Ukraine into another level of escalation.

EU with Ukraine would surely mean proliferation of weapons and crime in EU, along with a lot more corruption!

Good to know his angle assuming his influence, regardless.

Beebe is defending a fascist regime that murders its internal enemies (remember Gonzalo Lira?). Beebe would be happily defending the Pinochet regime because it was a geopolitical necessity while the General shot and tortured all those remotely connected with the Unidad Popular.

So then have some Fing balls and declare war on Russia because that is what he is telling us. How is it you agree with this Glenn? Don't tell me you were paid a visit too? Why doesn't any of these CIA guys admit they have been operating in Ukraine protecting and supporting "The Banderites".

Russia needs to finally acknowledge that Trump is a worthless puppet and the CIA is not going to stop and use common sense so Putin needs to stop thinking like a lawyer. I never question his motives but I think "the Kremlin" needs to really press the military angle to this, I always want to hear what the CIA message is from it's own mouth. Anyone who thinks Beebe is an independent voice probably believes Ukraine planned and executed this attack, do not waste time and energy talking about british intel or CIA or Mosad it is all 1 and the same, it is designed to make the population argue over who is to blame.

So the CIA thinks having Ukraine in the EU is a good "compromise" and Russia should be happy to agree to this in some delirious "peace talks" between Russia and the US. Russia should tell them sure we agree, the problem is there will be no Ukraine after this conflict is over, or maybe some little "rump State" in Western Ukraine up against Poland's border. Russia needs to begin prosecuting "extremists" , the banderites will run and hide in the EU/UK and US and take out their hatred on the countries who failed them.

Beebee’s perspective does not appear to appreciate the extreme asymmetry of drone warfare. One may argue that the question of Ukraine formally joining NATO is no longer pivotal. NATO is effectively already operating from within Russia.

There are is longer a potential demarcation line to negotiate for. The hostilities are now irreversible much like the situation in the Middle East.

Ukraine’s proximity, existential concerns, ability to probe and penetrate Russian faults, commitment and mastery of relatively cheap drones means that there is nothing that Russia gains on the ground will secure a clear advantage over Ukraine in the long term

Beebe provides the critical piece of information as to why all these strategic aircraft were out on the tarmac in open view of US satellites and Ukrainain drones: because they have to be, under the START Treaty.

So what at first glance looked like Russian incompetence - even to seasoned Russian Telegram channels – was actually a Treaty obligation.

Of course the US will claim they had no prior knowledge of the drone attack. Lies.

Trump the other day: "If It wasn't for me, something REALLY bad would have happened."

And now there will be a charade of the US telling Ukraine they are very naughty boys and they won't be getting any candy for a week.

This was as clear a breach of Russian red lines as you can get: an attack on their nuclear triad, yet still Putin does f all. No wonder people in the West think he's weak. They will continue escalating, even risking a nuclear exchange, until Putin actually starts punishing them for it.

Putin's measured approach has overwhelmingly been a good thing (as a Westerner I feel safer with Putin's leadership than I do with the lunatics in our own governments), minimising civilian casualties being particularly important in the eyes of Russia's 'global south' friends, but now Putin's cautious trait has become dangerous in itself, as counterintuitive as that sounds.

A master class of a Massive attack of sophistry and reverse psychology with a highly studied demeanor of reasonable/ness that obscured and ignored basic simple truths. War is oeace was the underlying message with Fake carrots and fake sticks. Glenn you seemed cowed. He actually used CIA asset Lindsay Graham as a barometer of US public opinion. Trump’s political survival is predicated on him walking away not staying in. This CIA fake pos leads by lying. So smooth so serpentine. May Vance and Gabbard shred this nonsense for the prez. Unreal.

How can you compare the Ukrainian attack on the Russian bombers which Are used on daily basis to kill Ukrainian civilians all over Ukraine to Pearl Harbour?

You forgot the fact USA didn’t attack Japan first?

Russia attacked Ukraine in first place so its not a comparable situation.

I find it hard to believe anyone connected with Society of Murder Mayhem and Sneakiness uttered these words because they are words of wisdom and sense. If the normal people of the NATO Nations took their heads from their arses and look at the Ukraine issue with new eyes Putin and the People of Russia have shown admirable restraint in the face of NATO and American Aggression and provocation. Before The attack Ukraine had many many opportunities to settle the crisis a simple statement from Zelensky that Ukraine would not Join NATO this was the only caveat to peace Ukraine would be free to join the EU if they wanted too Russia had no intention of stopping them but Boris Johnson flew to Ukraine and Pleaded with Zelensky not to settle Peacefully. America also interfered just try and imagine Russia coming to an agreement with Ireland and putting Missiles Armoured Weapons and Troops into the country or Russia convincing Greenland they would be better off as a Russian Colony and Sending Troops Missiles and Military Intelligence into Greenland. I am old enough to remember remember JF Kennedy losing his Shit about Fidel Castro giving Russia permission to install Russian Hardware including H on Cuba brought us to the brink of Extinction Kennedy was no Saint he was just like all bastards with far to much Money and Power a Warmongering Bully. So what’s different about NATO wanting Zelensky the Nazi Ukraine to join them so in their idiotic ideology they can put Missiles Troops and as much destructive hardware on Russia’ Border’ the drone attack if aided at all by the Insane bastards from NATO Also America or the out of Control CIA. Then this is the most idiotic criminal act of All Western Countries Governments ever It is actually a Declaration of War on Russia and once again The President and People have shown restraint this is not Weakness. This is a Leader and a Population who know what the outcome of a Massive Response from Russia will entail which is The Complete Destruction of Planet Earth. Putin and his People are not the Problem it is the Nazi’ gaining power in Germany again and Far Right Movements all over the European Continent Zelensky and his Nazi Regime. Add to this list of Madmen and Madwomen and Organisations NATO the Right Wing MSM Trump and Starmer the the whole bias Lying World News Corporation’ then we are all the way back to Eastern Europe and 1914 in the Balkans where the MSM whipped up a narrative that led to HORROR they are doing the SAME AGAIN Think for Yourselves not what they tell You to Think.

Whole strategy of US/NATO seems to be to continue pushing incrementally, but never enough each time to get a real response from Russia, akin to creating a "fog out of Russia's red lines".

I am sure this is influencing power brokers in Russia to perhaps want to swap Putin for someone more decisive. Without careful and finely calibrated responses, we will get a runaway situation!

Hi Glenn thank you for bringing George on your Show .

Could you possibly host an open discourse with Scott Ritter and George Beebe about finding a solution with this crisis and untangling United States from catastrophic likelihood of sleepwalking in world war with Russia .

I hope George and Quincy institute would agree to that .

It would be great to have a meeting of the minds there and both of these gentlemen can exchange their perspectives and ideas with you .

I think this talk would be helpful in a positive way .

Thank you
