Thank you Professor Diesen, for your courage, your clear thinking and writing that shows us the reality of the situation in Ukraine in a very balanced and comprehensive way. Your approach shows your high moral calibre and I am nourished by that.

I am sorry to hear that you encounter so much pressure that you are considering having to relocate to another country. Also that shows your strength.

Norway will be the poorer for it.

As you say, the war in Ukraine would not have happened if the media were not completely sold to a false and war mongering narrative, and the populations in the “collective West” not so eager to be taken in by it.

Well Diesen, I agree with you, but you cannot live from people encouraging your mood. They don't pay your living. That's why almost everyone, or in fact everyone who agrees with you, keep silent, or keep so moderate that their comments are not worth reading.

More intellectually integrated and sharp you are, more difficulties you meet from the devil imperialist system, that has expropiated the money people live from.

Thank you for your courage and intellectual integrity. I’d only add that you’re too kind to your tormentors; in fact, we in the West have been living under regimes that are almost totalitarian, that are heirs to the Nazi Reich. Norway of course has a shameful history of collaboration with Nazis, while the USA gave shelter to many Nazis after WW2.

I have gone through similar experiences myself, especially ten years ago when I revealed the truth about the Colorful Revolution in Macedonia. After that, I was repeatedly accused of alleged hate speech and antisemitism, and the rector of my university publicly condemned me without even asking whether there was any truth to the public smear campaign. The latest blow, dear Glenn, came after the conference in Skopje, which you attended, as well as my participation in the Valdai Conference. Immediately afterward, I was dismissed from my position as head of the Global Changes Center. They haven’t forced me to leave the country yet, but they did push me into early retirement. But that is the path we have chosen. I wish you stamina and courage.

I also wanted to add; this actually made me cry. I thought Norway of all countries would be and do better...

We used to be a country of peace, but that ended with Stoltenberg bombing the hell out of Libya. Ever since, we've gone downhill.

Rare courage — thank you for your work.

I deeply appreciate your courageous efforts to bring the truth to light. In a world where mainstream narratives often dominate, the fact that you are facing resistance and attacks only reinforces the importance of your work. It seems to me that when powerful institutions try to silence someone, it is often because that person is uncovering something they would rather keep hidden. Stay strong, and know that your pursuit of truth is both valuable and appreciated.

Dear Professor Diesen! I know you as one of the most peaceful, honest and fact oriented analists on geopolitics around. You pay a price for your honesty but truth is more important for you than everything else. Thank you so much!

It looks like Norwegians should make themselves more familiar with Henrik Ibsen's 'En Folkefiende' (An Enemy of the People) to really appreciate how much our country needs people like Glenn Diesen and the others in his camp to counter US and western propaganda and lies.

It is refreshing to see that professor Diesen is not backing down, but show for all to see his tremendous courage!

USAID: Biden threatened to withhold a $1 billion USAID loan guarantee unless Ukraine fired the prosecutor investigating his son's company. Victoria Nuland funded the Ukrainian coup with USAID money. USAID is at the heart of the war between Ukraine and Russia.

Sad to see you feel the need to move countries.

The state of democracy in Europe is dire to say the least.

Wow! If people like yourself have to leave their home countries for telling the truth and exposing politicians for their corruption, things have gone from bad to worse! I will continue to support you nonetheless.

Thrilled to see your courage to keep the truth alive, healthy.

Inspiration to be patient as what you say has come true is the only persuasion we need.

"an employee at the Norwegian Helsinki Committee published a picture of my house on social media."

And the Norwegian police did what exactly?

Sue their arses off, Glenn.

Who was it? Ivar Dale, currently on leave? On leave because he's been a naughty boy, posting addresses/photos of Norwegian citizens on the internet?

Or on leave because he's in Ukraine, doing dodgy shite?

Possibly both.

These people are fascists, but a new type of fascist: fascist-centrists. Anyone who purports to stand for the 'international rules-based order' is a fascist. The name doesn't attempt to hide it.

You have no idea how corrupt the police of Norway is. Take a look at my earlier comment.

Not all heroes wear a cape, some write the truth, Mr. Diesen.

I'm sorry you have to relocate, but hope you'll be able to write a bestseller after this and spread the truth like a bomb.

I'm hoping that you will one day be able to do a deepdive on Jens Stoltenberg. He's got more "svin på skogen" than a jailbird. That's my sense and intuition at least.

I never thought I would be this happy to see Trump elected, really, but it seems he's a blessing in many ways. Maybe he'll be the one to unravel the whole deck of cards. 🤞

Check out Glenn Diesen's books, and in particular 'The Think Tank Racket'. And don't have too much hope about Trump's ability to make much difference in his dealing with the deep state. He is just another alligator in Washington's putrid swamp.

I'd love to get my hands on all of his books, he's brilliant!

Not a Trump fan at all, but it seams Trump may be the best choice for this particular job. My first choice would have been Bernie Sanders, but DNC ruined that one.

All Biden did after Trump was elected, was to escalate the war. That's no longer happening. Even that is a win.

Okay, what you write describes the roles of the US state's propaganda war on the world, a war that's been going on since the 1950s, utilising the mass media, academia, movies, books in fact the entire range as well as subversion, counter-revolution, direct intervention, in order to project the interests of US capital. But how do you explain Trump's apparent attack on the very institutions his policies and actions, also promote? On the surface, it would appear to be a contradiction but is it? I was hoping the article would go some way toward unpacking this apparent contradiction. Are we being snowedf? I think so, given Trump's naked imperialism that apparently no longer requires the NED or 'NGOs', perhaps we've arrived at the US' endgame - brute force.
