How and where one who boycotts Amazon can eventually buy the book? You should give an alternative. It is the third time that I encounter such a disappointment. Could you please think about it?

I agree 100%. Not only does Jeff Bezos own Amazon and The Washington Post, Amazon also hosts Cloud Services for the Pentagon:

That said, Google, Microsoft and Oracle aren’t any better. So there’s a dilemma.

I agree with you. I boycott most of them and much more even if it does not facilitate my daily life... It is a choice... Anyway, why not mentioning the publisher at the same time just to give an alternative so one could contact the publisher or go to a bookshop...

Scott's book is an absolute goldmine of information. It is worth it for the references alone - about 7,000! It really is a monumental work and he, thankfully, does not push the libertarian agenda too much. The writing style is factual and unadorned, which I really appreciate. He does get the odd humorous quip in there and manages to get in the odd dig at a slimy Washington swamp-dweller or two! Highly recommended.

Can someone link to an explanation of Rainbow iii. Google, Brave, and Yandex all came up empty for me.
