Of course they provoked the Russian offensive into Ukraine. It has been an ongoing provocation for decades as we all know. NATO expansion, colour revolution and destabilizing Georgia and then Ukraine. In the fall of 2021 the US warned Russia and told the world that Russia would start a war. They kept pouring out this message all day, all week.

When Putin told that NATO couldnt be allowed on the doorstep of Russia in the form of a deeply corrupt state of Ukraine, Stoltenberg brushed off the red-line message as proof of Russian agressivness. All those Biden statements of ”dont you dare”, we will crush you with measures never seen before put Russia in a state of damn if you do, damned if you dont.

And when Zelensky the days before the invasion requested nuclear weapons on Ukraine soil the time was running out for Russia. If NATO had moved troops into Ukraine as a safety measure I doubt Russia would have moved in.

Russia waited for an ukrainian offensive in Donbass but US/NATO tricked them to move first.

Imagine if instead of following the advice of Goebbels western politicians had recited "facts are objective and should not be judged by the narrative they support" rather than insisting on the " unprovoked, unprovoked, unprovoked Russian "invasion"", would the story of the deaths they have enabled be as horrifically bad ? I suppose it's because facts support sane interpretations that they are so unpopular with the current mis-leaders of the west, who appear to support the American belief that they should own and rule Russia, never mind the earth and all that's on and in it.

Did Iraq provoke the US invasion of Iraq?

When Putin and Russia invaded Ukraine in 2014 the Ukrainians had neutrality in its Constitution.

The argument that Russia was provoked to attack Ukraine because of NATO is not a valid argument.

How do you explain then the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2014?
