No, of course both know, but neither Trump og the EU acknowledge that an illegal undemocratic US orchestrated regime change coup took place on Maidan Square in 2014, and that the war was a logical consequence of this. So what is there really to negotiate about - besides restoring Ukraine´s neutrality as it was before the coup?
