The US Becomes Directly Involved in the War Against Russia - Now Entering a New Stage of the War
Colonel Douglas Macgregor & Professor Glenn Diesen
Colonel Douglas Macgregor shared his perspectives on Biden’s decision to authorise long-range missile attacks on Russia.
Why did Biden decide to escalate the war in such a reckless manner during his final weeks in office? Has the US become directly involved in the war as it operates the missiles used to attack Russia? Putin approved the new nuclear doctrine, however, how likely is Russia to use nuclear weapons in response to the US/Ukrainian attack with long-range missiles? What will Trump do?
Well firstly Mr Diesen, I got a critical comment on a previous post that suggested I was being unfair on you and possibly rude. Please accept my apologies if that was the case as it was unintended.
I remain confused as to why this escalation has occurred at all, and particularly now. I have listened to Colonel McGregegor's view that this is some last desperate spasm by the globalists as he puts it, but find it difficult to accept that view.
I am sort of left thinking that this is some sort of poison pill for the new administration, making matters worse before they can be improved. Russian over-reaction might well assist in this objective if it is true. One can over think things, but an escalation involving NATO assets and personnel (and no it is not private contractors) has all sorts of implications. And why? For domestic political advantage. That is my take anyway. This is not about Ukraine directly, simply to trip up the Trump administration and make dealing with Russia that much more difficult. So if Mr T has any sense, he won't get involved - just walk away.
But really my view is just conjecture. It is however the only one that fits the facts as I see them, and reading around, as most others do too.
America first, first starting the war. Another Tonkin excuse?
