I participated in a debate about the US ending its “support” for Ukraine, which has become a euphemism for fighting to the last Ukrainian. I argue that idealism is dangerous as unrealistic demands and uncompromising moral slogans are destroying both Ukraine and Europe. A key rule in political realism is that refusing to accept the world as it is will result in devastation.

Mr Diesen, your output of videos is admirably proflific but as a normal person I do not have the time to watch them. Would it be possible to post up transcripts so I can read them? Takes a lot less time and, for us old timers, many actually prefer to get our information that way. Thanks for allowing me to comment.
What a treat to watch a fearless polite response of realism to the questions. Nothing like a live interview for an older person to grasp the situation .
