Russia’s Demands in Peace Negotiations
Dmitri Polyanskiy, Alexander Mercouris & Glenn Diesen on the Duran
We had a conversation with Dmitri Polyanskiy, the First Deputy Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the United Nations. Polyanskiy shared the Russian perspective on recent escalations with NATO and the requirements for a peaceful settlement.
As Ukrainian frontlines are collapsing, the US can either escalate or start negotiations. The decision by the Biden administration to attack Russia with long-range ATACMS crossed Russia’s red lines, and the response was the Oreshnik missile. The Oreshnik missile was intended as a warning shot by not attaching a warhead. Russia demands an end to NATO expansion, territorial concessions, and restoring minority rights in Ukraine.
With which parties are there going to be negotiations, and are they going to take place what they’re needed for? How long will they last? When will there be another invasion seeing what’s happening in Syria? Between Putin and Zelensky? Macron? Ursula von der Leyen? The EU? Nato? the CIA? the DOD? Blackrock? Musk? the Deep State? the neocons? or Trump alone? Is he able to solve the WHOLE problem in 24 hours? War will continue and it will be a forever war.
God, how disgusting to see how the media in Europe praise the Syrian terrorists whom they of course call moderate rebels. Justified all day by the "dictator" who "tortured" and imprisoned Syrians. Why were these beheading salafists send to prison? Syria will end up like Libya and become an Islamic caliphate, probably like Taliban in Afghanistan, where women are forced to wear veils and have no rights.
