Windscreen wipers were being installed on TV sets because people were constantly spitting at the screen in reaction to the official party line they were getting. I think we've reached that level here in the west in recent years.
“Kali Yuga” is the ancient Indian explanation of the dark time period we currently are living in which points out that evil forces rule the world and decide the current narrative. This period of evil and ignorance has lasted for over 5 thousand years and is now fading away and we now enters a period of much turmoil of conflict between good and evil for approximately 300 years before the world will balance itself out of evil narcissistic dominance. This cycle of different time periods lasts for about 24 thousand years before it repeats itself.
This is one perspective from the “ancient Indian gods” in the Vedic transcriptions which are more than 5 thousand years old and probably much much older because the scriptures (Mahabharata) also are describing powerful weapons and nuclear warfare between the victorious Krishna and the evil demonic empire.

Meanwhile millions die, with more millions being recruited to die in the future. I can hardly believe that Filipinos would willingly go to Ukraine to die on behalf of NATO. Yet that seems to be in the works, after the available cannon fodder from Columbia and elsewhere are drying up. As Baab correctly indicated, fundamental opposition to this corrupt and wicked elite is the only way forward.

When I try to discuss with them, they are totally resistant to counter-arguments and just repeat what they have heard from their politicians and media - that I support the dictator and tyrant in Moscow. They should be informed, but don't seem to know anything about the background and context of the war. Russia and Nato has expanded since the Cold War. No, the US was not involved in the Maidan- coup. The Nazi regime in Kiev is freedom fighters and democratic, etc.
And they repeat the same things they have heard from these sources about the Syrian "dictator", Assad and Libya. They simply think that it was good that Nato destroyed these societies in order to get rid of the dictator.
Other good reading from 40 years ago is 'Money and Power' and 'Propaganda, The Formation of Men's Attitudes' by the prophetic Jacques Ellul. It covers the same ground.
