Pakistan Deepens Ties with China and Russia in Eurasian Pivot
General Raza Muhammad & Prof. Glenn Diesen
Two-star General Raza Muhammad discusses Pakistan's geostrategic position between India, Iran, Afghanistan, China, and Russia. The wider Greater Eurasian region is pursuing economic integration, which can incentivise peace but also create incentives for some actors to instigate tensions and sow instability.
I remain bewildered by the breadth of informative guests which Prof. Diesen has provided.
What General Raza Muhammad describes, around the 24th or 25th minute of this interview, is exactly what is going on in Africa with what the western media keeps describing as "Boko Haram" or "Al Quaida in Africa", "ISIS" etc.
Non-state parties are being used as contracted and subcontracted destabiization agents. Tne parties executing the action may not even know the motive or objective of what they are paid to do.
It's a method and its the same nation applying this method around the world.
