Germany On the Path to Tyranny?

AfD has polled as the most popular political party in Germany, and the political-media class has openly discussed banning the party. AfD as the main political opposition has now been designated as an “extremist organisation”, which opens up for the German intelligence service to surveil and crack down on the political opposition. This is reasonably interpreted as the first step to banning the main opposition party.
Both Marco Rubio and JD Vance have warned against Germany’s drift toward tyranny:

Never mind AFD - AFD is anyway mainly interested in achieving tyranny themselves.
And the tryranny isnt new. How long has is been now that Germany has been arresting and imprisoning ordinary people and even journalists and public intellectuals for the "crime" of protesting against the German governments complicity of bombing men, women and children to bits - literally vapourising them under 2000 lb bombs - in Palestine?

This was not already tyranny?
So who gives a fig about AFD? There are far bigger and longstanding problem than them. And there are far more worthy victims than AFD in this problem.
Most of all, what on earth did everyone expect when Germany and all of Europe, has been openly funding and supporting a neo-nazi backed regime in Ukraine that is NOW clearly a dictatorship? What does that say about Germany itself. And did no one under stand its just a matter of time before that SAME principle is implemented at home in Germany and all across Europe too?
